Developing people to maximise performance

OML’s Learning Centre is built on the premise of developing people’s practical and relevant skills for the workplace.

We provide professional and technical skills training required by HR professionals, people managers and leaders as well as the workforce. 

We provide a curriculum merged in practical and experiential learning with the changing of behaviour, mindset and transfer of learning at the core.

Our courses are designed to provide knowledge, tools and resources that people need to manage and lead in the core functions of HR, management, leadership and work areas. Our learning and development sessions integrate core HR and leadership principles with real-life examples with the practical tools and guidance to take your skills development to the next level.

We offer courses with duration lengths of 3, 6 and 12 months via virtual online programs with live online classrooms, face-to-face classroom or a combination of both methods.
